Yep, this bike tends to have a petcock problem. Drain the fuel from the tank, remove it and turn it upside down. Tighten the srcews that hold the petcock onto the take and also the ones that separate the diaphram from the valve and reinstall. While your at it, blow a high pressure air hose through the petcock the remove any debris.
